This is a capital project to purchase a mobile display unit and promotional equipment including a portable demonstration kitchen, refrigerator and trailer to support this new partnership, formed to support the production, promotion and use of locally grown/reared food in the North Pennine Dales, which will have a beneficial affect on the area’s hill farmers and other producers, improve their routes to market through increased opportunities for the sale and use of local food, and raising the product quality, image and marketing.

Expertise, knowledge and project delivery best practice will be shared to develop partner’s skills.
